INGREDIENTS:
4 WORTHINGTON® STEAKLET™ patties
1 cup mushroom gravy (vegetarian)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter, margarine or oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large skillet, melt the butter, margarine or oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add the WORTHINGTON® STEAKLET™ patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Pour the mushroom gravy over the patties and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes and green beans or your favorite greens.
