Evening Team leader For sales floor - part time

We are looking for a motivated team leader to oversee designated floor shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The team leader’s responsibilities include dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash registers, and reporting any issues to the manager.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating shift schedules.

  • Strive to meet customers’ needs beyond expectation, offer courteous help in resolving problems, and maintain adequate levels of supplies and change.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

  • Coaching team members and training new staff.

  • Handling customer issues and employee disputes. 

  • Availability Monday to Thursday 5 PM - 9 PM and Sunday 9 AM - 6 PM

  • ​Must be able to lift more than 25 lb.
