Join us at LivingWell on Sunday, March 29th for an engaging, science-informed workshop with Dawn Patrick Wout, CHHC, MA Counseling Psychology, Founder of BodyWell Holistic.


Dawn will explore how chronic stress affects the gut, immune system, sleep, and overall vitality—and how the body’s stress response can disrupt immune signaling and raise inflammation, especially for caregivers and those carrying high levels of responsibility. Blending practical physiology with lived experience, she’ll offer clear insight into what may be happening in your body.


You’ll leave with evidence-informed, doable strategies to calm stress-driven inflammation through daily rhythm, restorative sleep, food as medicine, nervous system regulation, and connection.
